Licensed in real estate since 1999, Kim conceived Guardian Realty & Investment Group, LLC in 2002 with the intent to purchase and sell investment properties while offering creative real estate opportunities and solutions. Over the past 10 years, Kim has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, from investment purchases to first time home buyers. Kim enjoys the diversity of working with all kinds of real estate transactions. The last 5 years in real estate have proven to be volatile and in order to properly serve their clients, real estate agents have been required to learn new skill sets like negotiating short sales, selling bank owned properties and being knowledgeable of financing options in a tightened lending world. Kim has embraced these challenges and works hard every day to sharpen the skills necessary to successfully represent her clients. Kim grew up in Seattle, Washington and moved to Arizona in 1987 to attend college on a softball scholarship. Kim graduated from Arizona State University in 1992.
